Delivery: How long before I receive my order?

-Custom orders are completed and delivered  within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes some orders will be shipped sooner depending on if there's shoes readily available and customized ahead of time. Shoes are carefully packaged and then shipped to the address provided at the time of your order. Please be sure to double check the address you provide prior to placing your order. Shipping will be approximately 1-3 business days. Once shipped, please follow tracking updates and contact shipping carrier for delivery updates regarding possible shipping carrier delays after shipped.

Refund Policy:

-No refunds or exchanges, all sales are final. Our products are custom made and made to order. Please be sure of your size before placing your order. We aim to create quality pieces. Customs are not made in manufacturing conditions.

Do you seal the custom shoes for protection against different weather conditions and regular use?

-Custom shoes are made with proper care using extensive prep work, proper sealants and leather glues so you can wear them in all weather and for regular wear.

What about my order confirmation?

-Your order confirmation will be sent via email along with your orders tracking info once shipped. Please keep in mind, custom work orders are fulfilled by one person. I really appreciate your patience and support. I'll be continuously pushing orders out.
